Spam! Someone from Cardholder Services about lowering my interest rate.

Called ID said "SURVEY"; Called left no message and I did NOT answer.

Same experience - call from Texas "survey" I don''t answer this number and no message left.  Last time I answered it was a hispanic male with very aggressive tone of voice - I just said no emphatically and hung up.

Called my CELL PHONE. Seriously, this is beyond ridiculous.
