Just block them....if you have an iphone go to the list of recent callers.....you will see an i to the right of the number....click on that and scroll down.....you will see "block contact"....click on this and they will not be able to call you again....
Caller ID said "Survey" but it is a robocall, "Heather from credit card services." I guess she took over for Rachel of credit card services. A deliberately misleading scam.
Received several calls from this area code and exchange (210-716-XXXX, 210-716-7996). no voicemail, I never answer, they call every few days. I am registered on Do Not Call. Frustrating.
