It is loan has been flagged to receive a rate and payment reduction of up to 40% as part of the new government student debt relief program released by President Obama on December 12th 2013 press 1 to be connected to a live operator to take advantage of this new program or press 5 to decline this offer.
Got a call on my work phone. They said I was eligible for a reduction in student loan interest. For the heck of it, I pressed 1 to talk to a rep. Message said they were busy. Wanted me to leave my name, loan amount and phone number. I don't have student loans. I only answered this because it was on my work line.
