Have heard from this same caller twice in one week. Says there is a problem with my computer and he can fix it. Will not hang up and states he has my computer I'd and liscense. Did not give in to him. Thanks for your ideas of how to get rid of him.
I had the same yesterday. Computer security issue that my computer was contacting them. So I had fun, said tell me which computer the IP address contacting them. She went on to say she had my license number. I said which license. She said my computer license...I tried to explain that my computer doesn't have a single license number but to give it to me and I would try to check it. She got a bit flustered said she would connect me with her manage who could better help me, then it was disconnected...was fun but very much a scam, do not provide them with any personal information.
the same with me today : the heavy indian accent and the company "i-secure from Texas". this was the second call about the same. Is possible to stop these scumbags?
Thanks for your input, figured this was a scam, I’m in the habit of not answering numbers I don’t recognize which is a pain especially since I’m circulating my resume in search of a job.
Next time this number comes up, I’ll answer and tell them I wear size 12 drawers and my bra size is 44 DD, then ask if there are any other questions. Just looking to make their job interesting, we're not as stupid as they have been lead to believe, I might as well get something out of the call. LOL
