Just got off the phone, they have been calling me for 2 days and I finally answered the call from 202-589-9623. They said I qualified to receive a $9000 grant and they gave me a money ID # and told me call 210-757-0739. They won't get a chance to talk to me at the second number, I knew it was a hoax. People please keep posting, we need to stop these scams.
