Same here. Says either me or my attorney need to call back as soon as possible. And I wished the best of luck. Caller id came up as valdez auto rep. First of all I own both of my cars fair and square.

I'VE LEARNED THAT ANY CALL I RECEIVE FROM THE 210 AREA CODE IS NOW GOING ON MY CALL REJECT LIST. ALL THEY WILL GET IN THE FUTURE IS A BUSY SIGNAL. NO PROBLEM
For two days straight, I received a automated call from 855-244-7206 at 11:56 p.m. telling me they received a formal complaing against me and my SSN blah blah blah. Minutes later I received a call from a MS (talked too fast to understand) from (garbled) & Griswald from 210-764-6282 telling me I need to call, or my attorney, more garbled speak then wished me the best of luck. Told me to call 210-762-6845. Funny, all numbers lead me to these reports and not actual business. Just another POS that I need to report to the FTC and State's Attorney.
Ok so I'm not the only one getting this. They leave me a voicemail saying I or my attorney need to call them back. They mumble something and I'm never sure what they say because this part is mumbled everytime. Then they wish me luck. After a week of this I call the number back that they told me to call back on (not the number that actually called me) and the number doesn't work...shocking.
Today I got a live person asking me if I've been summoned to court yet.
I laugh and asked for what
She said a loan In my name
I said I don't have a loan
She said obviously I do or we wouldn't be having this conversation then she hung up on me.
