Called and left a message, they did not say who they were calling for, but to call back ASAP for a pending case against me! Not going to call, unless you can tell me who you are, or who you are calling for!
Just received a call from this number . He said he's from pretrail intervention and there's a case against me ! To have me or my lawyer contact them . Who are these people ?? I'm not returning the call
They called me also over the last couple days and they are nasty rude people! I have contacted the news and called my attorney. They also said I took out a loan Nov. 2012 they had all my info too! I called the court in TX and they know nothing about this and I have no case. When you ask these people the name of their company, county and address or any other information they put you on hold for 10 mins or just hang up on you! They told me I owe $798.00 and I know I didn't do this and I owe no one any money!!!
They told me this is now a criminal case......I knew something was up when they wouldn't give me any information about themselves and they way there were acting. The same guy calls too Carl and you don't talk to just him I have talked to a Julie and the other lady wouldn't give her name.
Something needs to be done about this!!!
I got the exact same call yesterday that left a voicemail, they called again today but when I pressed 1 to tell them where to shove it no one could answer my call. So, I left a very rude message about what they can do to themselves and take me off their scam list and that I was reporting it to the FBI which I just completed. I am also on the National Do Not Call Registry and will be reporting them to them as well. These scammers can jump off a bridge for all I care!
