got a voice mail from pre trial intervention....carl lindsey.message.ends with "judge yourself accordingly"..this after numerous threats on email and other phone calls from numbers saying they will go to my place of business and arrest me.... they are scammers..they want you to pay them. There's no case against you on fraud or any other kind. i google any number and they all come up as scammers.
here's my suggestion.. ignore them. don't call them..don't curse them and most of all do not give them any information on who you are. have a pleasant life!
I received a call yesterday and left a message from a Carl Lindsey telling me they have a case filed against me and to call them back. I called back and a Richard Davenport told me that I owe them for a payday loan and if i decide not to hear their side they will have a warrant for my arrest. I asked him more questions, but no answers. I do not why these people are still alive. If they want money so bad they could get a job like some of us single parents. All I can say is someone put them out!!! Stupid scammers.
These people have called me everyday since the 1st day when i picked up my phone and they told me they have a case aginst me i said well then send me court papers come to my house with them please i would love to see these people after they are harrasing and keep calling !!!!!
Received a call about an hour ago from a Carl Lindsey - Same thing - said there is a case against me (although he never mentioned anyone's name) and If they don't hear from me or my attorney today I will have waived my right to counsel........ My husband was the victim of an assault which went thru the court system - everything pertaining to his case was sent thru the U.S. mail and some documents had to be signed for. HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK WE ARE?????
