I had one trying to collect a debt not belonging to me send me to collection with another bottom feeder debt collector. And the second one said they could add interest, fees, fines and other "unspecified" charges daily when we all know that only the original creditor can add interest, if it is even your debt at all! We laughed ourselves silly. It's bad when debt collectors have to hire debt collectors. Funny after I sent THE letter,we never heard from either of them again, not even that nice little green card from the USPS. In fact, I still have the paperwork and it still makes us giggle.
