You need to pay your bills. Once you take out a loan from a company you are required to pay them back. You are being called by different agencies not just one and until you pay your bill it will only get worse. It won't be long until they get your employer information and start calling your job and family like they call you. So once you pay your debt you will have proof of payment and it will stop. Until then it will go from one agency to the next, it sounds like Robin Simmons was nice but wait until she submits it to a another agency who will not be as nice. Good Luck
