Received robo phone call from the above number at 1614 hours this date. Nobody responded when I answered. Verizon said the phone call could not be completed as dialed.
Caller named "Brian" with extremely thick Hindustani accent. I could only understand the words "home owner" although I had him repeat where he was from four times. I told him I was on the no-call list, and asked him twice if I had previously done business with him. He then hung up without responding.
