Got a phone call from this number from and indian who had a white mans name and he claimed i took out a payday loan from Cash Advance, and wanted to know whether i wanted to settle this issue out of court or not. I think its a scam?? Has anyone got a call from these guys????

Yes, I just got one today and told the guy I wanted his number so my attorney could call him back.  He had wanted to verify my social security number and that's when I said I wouldn't but my attorney could talk to him.  It's a scam and a very annoying scam.  He hung up on me when I wanted his number.

You idiot, you must work for them. I never had a pay day loan. I asked for all sorts of information to verify the company and got nothing. You can provide them will all the information you want. When you have identity theft you will feel like the fool you sound like GOOD LUCK ...
