Its a scam and he lkeeps changing his number. And calling and using different names and different comapnies. Once threated to have the sherrif come arrest me the next day... haha... that never happened. I've never defaulted on any kind of payday advance. I wish I could find out how to stop this idiot. He acts like he's handing his call off to someone else... but it's still him.

Received a Call. Now i keep calling them back haha Scammers. Notifeid FTC and IC3 Fbi and made a complaint.

Indians are not Arabs.
Also, you don't need to resort to racism to put an entire race in the loop for the action of a couple of foreign scammers. The USA has plenty of scam artists but it doesn't mean the country as a whole is made of scammers.
