Their terms of service state that by unsubscribing you are entering into a business relationship with them.  Thus, they are allowed to send you faxes from all their other SPAM customers and not be violating FTC/FCC rules.  I had to write them an email directly to [email protected] and CC their respective state DA's (Florida) to get my number removed from all of their promotions.  If you want to get away from these people, you have to hit them hard,

Received this fax from Union Capital.  To unsubscribe they want my address, etc. - Shady way to do business.

Spam Junk fax from Union Capital saying we are pre-eligible for a loan of $250,000 with rates as low as 7.95%.  Fax the form to 519 968 3668.  206 202-4380 is listed as bogus fax number for removal. WA state law RCW 80.36.5403 provides up to $500 per junk fax.
