ID just shows "Texas". I ignore it if I do not know the party. I'm from the DC area and I've had a washington post subscription which I never wanted in the first place.
Everyday, i will be called twice, when call back, no answer. I used to call back and asked to delete my number from callinglist, but be called every day.
I answered this number on the second ring. It was a solicitor for the Washington Post, asking if I wanted to start daily delivery, at no additional cost to my Sunday only delivery, for 90 days. I agreed, and delivery is to begin after Labor Day. The caller was very nice, had a sweet voice, and the phone conversation was cordial.
I don't know the number, so I never answer, but this number has called me at least twice a day for 2 weeks solid now, ringing only three times then hanging up.
Have been called by this number also - I have not called it back and figured if it were important they would call when it's convenient for me to talk and not the other way around !
