Received a call 19 Jan @ 4:55PM 210-934-6124, San Antonio, TX.  Did not answer as I did not recognize the number.  No message left.  Number blocked.

Note:  when I tried searching this number here yesterday it stated it had not received any complaints ... now there are a few.

Called at 853 pm. I answered, there was silence. I called back and it was static. They called me back and I missed the call at 858 pm. I called back and there was static radio. I called back another time and it was a message of not a working number.
