This is a SCAMMER trying to scam cars off Craigslist.  Scammer's text:

2013 Volkswagen Passat SE, Leather, Only 44K Miles, Excellent ! - $13695 ((Hope your Ad on Craiglist is still up for sale ?reply me back to my personal email at [email protected] with your final asking price and condition because am unable reply you back on this number because its my office cell phone. Thanks
