They say they are from our local news paper and want to give us a discounted rate to resubscribe.... I'm already a subscriber and they've never asked for my credit info over the phone. Block this number for sure.
They call me 3-4 times per day and there's never anyone there. That tells me it's a robo-dialer that dials several numbers all at once then connects the call to whoever answers first. Must be a telemarketer
This number has called me a couple times a day for the past few days. A voice mail is left, but all I hear is background noise and an occassional "mmm" from the caller.
I never answer calls from an unknown number, but assuming would get same response as listed above. my phone is on the Wisc no-call list. I will re-register on that list, and will report it to the state, as this is not the first time they've called me
