Folks, I get these calls and HATE them. After my Panasonic wireless phone call blocker filled up, I found something you may be interested in. NOTE: This is not my product, and I only speak of it because it works so well. Look up "Pro Blocker Pro", model CT-CID803. Once you figure out how to use it (the Chinese-English instructions are funny, but not helpful). You see them everywhere for about $39, but I found mine here: http://www.tomtop.com/search/call-blocker.html for about $18 . . . and if you are a "hellovashopper" like me, you can probably find it for less. Look into it. This gizmo has earned it's place in my home.
Answered the line, expecting calls from a specific person. I heard the typical silence on the other end. Answered, "YO" -- nothing. Answered YO again. SOB on the other line, male, said "Is that the way you teach your children to answer the phone?" I answered back, "I beg your pardon?" Chickenshite hung up.
Called my cell phone and hung up when I answered. Can't even call the number back. . .it won't ring (which is probably as well given the other comments here).
