Claims it's National Grid but asks for detaied info they should have. When I asked for a callback number, they said, "I guess you're not interested" and hung up.
I got three calls about five minutes apart from 212-111-1111. First one I answered and it was a hang up. The second and third calls I simply did not answer. Who can I report this to? It is just a nuisance.
