I have been getting calls from 202-121-2367 for weeks, if not months. They call at least 15 times a day, and say NOTHING, just wait, then hang-up. I tried to get the number blocked through my phone company, but they can't block it for some reason. I am ready to change my number, but it's so much of a hassle to do that. I REALLY want to know who these [***] [***] are, they are driving me nuts.
I don't know but they say they're Wakka Savings or something like that. They call at least 2 times a day, sometimes more. The first time they thanked me for doing a survey I never did and offered me a $100 gift card to Wal-mart. I think it's a scam of some sort and now we just hang up on them.
