We have 3 phones on our plan and tons of 21222 sms numbers on our sons cell phone are where these numbers appears our phone bill has trippled. tried to repeatedly to get info to contact to have these charges deleted but, they tell me it is uncontrolable through verizon. They can do nothing to help us!!!!!!!!!!! They can block everything else but not this.Confused at operators knowledge very uninformative as to helping us in any way.
