Just got a call from this number.  Don't know anyone in NY. Who is this?

Missed a call from this numberabout an hour ago. No message was left.

Also just got a call but they left no message -- when I call back it is busy

Someone called today from this number at 9:30am. My caller ID reads Jeffrey M. Jones. The message left was a stupid automated(another dumb robo call)message about "Lowering my interest rates on my credit cards." I don't have ANY credit cards, so there is nothing to lower, so quit calling here! These folks are going to be reported!

Called at 1011am with No Name for 2122370099. No voicemail.
