I just went to an interview at this address and i must say, HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!... first of all the the waiting room was horribly small, secondly, he wasn't that friendly when saying hello, thirdly, upon entering his MESSY, DUSTY office OH AND LETS NOT FORGET DIRTY!!!, he was speaking quickly and tried to show me pics of him in the background, shows he has worked with and low and behold he tried to show some list of TV sitcomes i.e. law and order, ugly better, salt, etc.......he shows them wayy too quickly and once he sees that your tryignt o make a mental note of a few things, he then turns the pages. and the vibe i felt from him was not pleasant.. he looked like abullshiiter....he then went on to show me the oriental girl who he claimed he worked with n got her started and she came out on the HELL"S KITCHEN show.. etc.. then he said he would charge me $99. to do my pics..i was like.. hmmm. some people get what there paying for.. i then said no i dont have money and i menitoned to him that the girl said no fee.. and y are u charging me for pics..for that u can recomened me to a place ...however he did stress the issue of how soon can u have the money, or when will u have the money.. i was annoyed. his so-called office is disgusting and should he should not be in business.. needless to say i met 2 amazing men who are in fact actors on a rise and they were nice enough to give me the informaiton i needed to get it done the rite way... i thank the 2 gentleman dearly!!!/ [removed:lang]

thinks for your posting i was on my way there today and im coming from virginia. but i kind of didnt care because i was gone spend the day walking threw the city. Thinks to you now i know not to go. you used some harsh words.lol. its crazy how scam artist build peopleup after they know how bad some one wants it. if you run across some agency that seem to be legit and good. heres my email if you dont mind. Wow, it's SUCH a scam!  I just went in there yesterday, met with Brad West, and he was pressuring me like crazy to take headshots and bodyshots for $150.  He said that "law and order" desperately needed people like me, blah blah blah.  I said..."look, I can't take headshots right, Ive been out in the rain all day!"  And he went nuts, kept saying that I looked amazing and that his professional makeup and hair people would take care of everything.  That's when I knew he was a scam artist...no one who cared about my career would throw me in front of a camera with 30 seconds warning and expect that to get me in a movie. He looks like a used car saleman.  I wanted to look this agency up before I agreed to do anything, and I'm so glad I did.  People, this guy will tell you that you're god's gift to movies and that all the major directors are just sitting around waiting for you to show up...if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!  Save your money and get out of that horrible office on west 35th street.

There was an ad on Craigs List yesterday for Enterprise Car Rental. They described the rental company and went on to state they were looking to produce a print campaign for Enterprise. No experience was needed, but they were looking for real people, all ethnicities, males, femails, teens and kids ages 6 - 45. They said they wanted people who were also outgoing. They did not leave a phone number on the ad, only an email address. I emailed them this morning and got a call back this afternoon. A female named Holly called me and stated I responded to the Craigs List ad and they wanted me to come in, the director wants to speak with me. She said who else would be coming. I told her my family and gave her the names (they were looking for families as well). She took the information while I spelled each name out etc. I asked her if I needed anything. She did seem rushed and when I asked her the question she said hold on. She got back on the line and asked for my number, I said another one, besides the cell (the number I originally gave her)? I gave her my home number and she said okay, I will see you tomorrow. She never answered my question of anything I would need. It did seem funny. In any case, I decided to search the name of the company WMT at 224 West 35th Stree, 2nd Floor, Room 216. I saw all of your responses and I am so thrilled because I did not want to waste my time. It is so hard trying to separate the real ads from the scams. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Oh, and by the way, I guess the new number they are using is 212-268-8013.
