Well, this number doesn't have alot of information to go off of so I called Verizon (my carrier and the carrier of the spam caller) and asked them to contact the owner of the number via email expressing my annoyance and lack of interest with the information being presented during the call. You can have your carrier block the number or you can block the number yourself but long term you're gonna want to contact the owner of the number rather it be through your carrier or acting on your own behalf.
Got call today marketing medical alert system, "press 1 now". My answer machine picked it up. CID said New York, New York. They are now blocked, probably will be back under another number......
It's either a scam or I have a secret admirer. They call relentlessly and usually hang up on the answering machine, but to spice things up, they left a recorded message today: something about winning free groceries and a medic alert bracelet. I'd like to tell them what they can do with both.
