This is Direct Buy (not Best Buy or Fresh Direct) and it is an automated call feature activated when someone registers their (or your) phone number. It is not a solicitation but a confirmation call. It will not leave a message and will not accept return calls for this reason. To be removed, call them. Incidentally, there are many complaints against this company and it takes little effort to reveal the common complaints and allegations.
