Got a call from one of Spartan's guys and asked for John (owner) by name. Said it was a follow up call. When I asked him detailed questions, he got rude (even after telling him I was one of the owners) and insisted on calling "John"back. I called the company and asked them to take all our numbers off their calling list
This number called our business acting like he new the owner personally. When I asked him why he was calling, and informed him that I can't pass a person to the President unless I know the reason for calling they hung up.
Just received a call at our retail business, and I noticed on caller ID that it said Lloyds Merchan and that it was an out of area call. They asked for my husband by his first name like they knew him. I told the caller that he was with a customer and could I help him. He abruptly said no and hung up on me before I could say anything else. I have enough to do without taking calls from such idiots.
