I've gotten calls from 3 of these numbers. This is a scam! Criminals are using all these numbers and pretending to call on behalf of AmEx. Hopefully no actual American Express cardholders fall for it.
Recording says they are form American Express to discuss and important matter and that this is not sales call. When I called the number back I reached a Japanese sex line.
