Caller did not identify who she was or the company (if there was one). She announced that the phone call was being recorded. She had my first name and knowledge that I had looked on the internet for programs in a particular degree area. I did acknowledge that that was true. Then she asked me to verify the city I lived in and I told her that I wasn't going to answer any more questions until she told me who she was and why she was calling. At that point, she became aggressive and said, "I just explained that to you. Now do you live in ...?" At that point I told her goodbye and hung up the phone since she refused to identify her company or what she was calling about.
