I recieved this phone call for my mother. I am a caregiver. The person said it was an insurance supplement and got very rude when I said my mother could not talk. Call disconnected and I tried to call back it was out of service
My mother who is elderly also received this call twice now. First time to identify they were with pharmacy services and her last prescription could not be processed until they verified her bank account info. She almost gave in then thought about it and didn't cooperate and they hung up. The second time they called said they were with the prescription national health board and she told them you're a scam and they hung up. Elders please beware. I told my mom to just let any unknown numbers go to voice mail and she wouldn't have to deal with them.
called this morning. claimed to process health care for "all of America" got checking account number before I could intervene. claimed that they were from the government, and would save $600 a year on medical costs with this "new card" got rude and demanding.
