RECEIVED A CALL FROM 212-417-8070. IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS JOE CARTELLI, WHEN I REQUESTED WHAT COMPANY HE WAS WITH, HE SAID IT WAS A PERSONAL MATTER. I INFORMED HIM I WOULD NOT TRANSFER THE CALL WITHOUT A COMPANY AFFILIATION BUT HE REFUSED. I PUT HIM ON HOLD, GOT BACK ON THE PHONE AND TOLD HIM THE PERSON HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REACH WOULD NOT ACCEPT HIS CALL WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT COMPANY HE WAS WITH. "JOE" HUNG UP

Also received a call from this number. "Joe" refused to say where he was calling from and said it was a personal matter. I put him on hold a few different times...he finally gave up and hung up.
Received a call from 212-417-8070. The man identified himself as 'Joe Cartelli'. He asked for my boss by name and said it was pertaining a 'personal matter'. He would not give the any other information, including a company name. I transferred him to voicemail.
I'm a physician. He called the OR and asked the secretary to speak with me directly.
Would not give the company that he works with. Spoke with her as if her knew me, and said it was a personal matter.
I reported him to the authorites.
