Some loser from NYC who can't dial, most likely. Does he/she think I can send them California warmth and sunshine over the phone?

Indian accented male using spoofed number, selling leads to Verengo Solar in CA, which is also a ubiquitous telemarketer.  "Louis" is calling from India, using alias name and alias entity name, "Solar Power Pricing."

Yep, same experience. Calls, doesn't leave a message. Not a number I recognize. The two facts together tell me, not a number I need to hear from.

P.S. Caller ID says "New York" (no name).

Keeps calling..does not say anything and hangs up.  Irritating
