This number has been calling me multiple times daily. Since I don't recognize the number and I know on one in Manhattan, I have never answered and they never leave a message. Others advise it's spam called Solar America that attempts to scam personal and banking information. Others warn not to call-back as there is a charge for doing so even though nobody answers and/or the line reports disconnected. This is proof the National Do-Not-Call Registry is useless; just one more Federal law being ignored by the current administration.
Foreign-sourced, spoofed number calls are never going to be deterred by a do-not-call list, regardless of which "administration" is in charge - get off your high horse!
