John - Same as Andy : I think if you truly read what people are saying you will see that these cold callers are IN FACT rude. If they were NOT rude they WOULD LEAVE their info to follow up on -however these RUDE callers just hang up on you mid - sentence! As soon as you say "No they aren't - may I take a message" by the time you get to "aren't" you have been RUDELY hung up on. They wouldn't even let you get part way throught your >> "thank you for calling me but ***RUDELY HUNG UP ON BY NOW** I am happy with my current adviser" and if your not then ask them for some information - who knows maybe they can help you.<< I AM SURE NOW this IS what you BOth do for a living. if you ARE JUST DOING YOUR JOB AND TRYING TO GAIN ACCOUNTS - don't RUDELY HANG UP on people. YOU try smiling and at least sat THANK YOU before hanging up on people.

They are a large broker scammer in NY. They specialize in broker to buyer scams. Constantly under investigation using un licensed brokers and losing millions for investors. Stephan Barry is a pro scammer they hired from the time share industry.
Got a call from someone named Eli and was very vague about the nature of the call. Asked for company head and said that it was a business matter between company head and him. Caller then hung up.
This caller has called several times a week, then when I tell him that my employer does NOT wish to speak to him he gets very rude with me. He stops calling for a few weeks then another caller will start calling, same thing over and over, I even had one curse at me then before I can say anything he hangs up. I don't think any of us getting these calls chose their profession and maybe, just maybe they need to look for another job cause it is clear this is not working for them!!!!
This person calls at least once a week, always when my boss is away and will never leave a message, name, etc. I believe my boss did take one call and told him he wasn't interested, yet we still get calls. Annoying more than anything. You would think these people would realize they cause others to more than likely NOT want what they are pushing after the annoyance.
