Who called from 2124777474

I got a call from "office relocation management" and it was a strange call but when i called the # it appeared to be a homicide department

I just got a call from the same number, same "office relocation management" and lots of noise in the background. This is the second day they called.

This number calls me every few days, always hangs up as soon as I pick up the phone.  Seems like an autodialer gone wrong or something.
