...so, this is a spam number attached to several different people over the last five years who used a cell phone or Magic Jack before abandoning it... now it's with some guy who claims to arrest you (in this case, me) for an alleged nonpayment of a debt I never had... so, I've turned the number over to the New York PD bunco department for further review, and have filed a formal complaint with the NY state attorney generals' office.
