I have the same problem. Mine is showing "Unknown" for the caller ID. I read on another post that it comes from this company:

They have contact info there for stopping unwanted calls, I will try.
Recieved call Saturday at 9:30PM Eastern. Sounded like recorded message. Was in english. Mumbled alot of crap and said something about what hole to put things in. Really odd stuff. I listened for a bit and it kept saying "hello" than would start mumbling again.
Received the call around 8 p.m. in California. Did not answer.
No message was left.
How is it possible to receive a call from a disconnected number? (i.e. how can a disconnected number make phone calls?).
I agree with "old fart".
Solutions, anyone?
ok I;m curious. How many of you are T-mobile customers and were these calls all to your cells? I have also been getting calls from this number. Sometimes like 6-7x's in a row all one right after the other. either in the very early morning (westcoast time) or late in the evening. This is very odd. thinking about calling the PD or possibly a govt. agency that controls such issues..
