Who called from 2126532214

When I answer the phone, nobody responds but rather the line is open for approximately 25 seconds, and then we get disconnected. I receive these calls several times a day and it is very nerve wracking due to the fact that my husband and I are not in good health.
I want these unsolicited calls to stop.

CELL PHONE RANG.  NO ONE THERE. TIME 1:45 (APPROXIMATE) NY TIME.    HAS BEEN BUSY EVER SINCE (I'VE TRIED TO RETURN CALL MANY TIMES).

Thu number calls me all the time I answer it and say nothing it hangs up called it back one say said itvwas out of service now its busy

Several calls, doesn't leave a message, if I answer, the line goes dead.  I try to call back and it rings fast busy.
