This is a scam. do not wire them money. Do a search on cashnet.com scams. these are scammers posing to be with Financial Crime Investigation or United Financial, or United Bank. They have obtained your information illegally. They will try to make you think that they are going to be sending a case to your "courthouse" when you press them for information they will not give you anything. this is not a legal debt collection agency. Be aware they will try to make it seem that way because somehow they have gotten your personal information, however they have been linked to hacking and phishing off payday loan sites. If they threaten the sherriff or court or legal matters or even that your social security number is "on hold" do not believe them. They have used these tactics many times, (search the internet) and have been successful. Do not engage them. Do not let them waste your time or threaten you. They are not legit.

I recieved this same exact call today. actually 8 total. They said they have all of my information and telling me I need to wire money to them. I am making a police report today and hopefully They will stop harrassing me!
