It's a automated telemarketing dialer with East Indian people running it, with a "Credit Card Rewards" scam. They are phishing for your personal info. If they hang up on you, then you didn't miss much !
Standard fraud attempt from someone with an Indian accent claiming to be "Alex from computer maintenance department". They were likely trying to hijack my computer, or scare me into giving a credit card number.
The CallerID was obviously spoofed and I feel sorry for the person that actually owns this number. They will probably be getting lots of undeserved complaint calls.
