Had a missed call from this number (+12128640943). Called it back and there's a message that says "The number you called is not in service". Well, there you go!
I just had the same call at 12.52 UTC. Exactly as everyone else's post. It ran a couple of times then hung up. Very strange indeed!! Is it someone testing for 'live' numbers?
Rang twice and hung up before I reached it. Recognised it as a New York number and assumed it was a misdial until I saw all these posts. Weird and irritating!
