Who called from 2128768500

telemarketer called past 10pm, called several times in one day, very annoying

I answered the phone and a recording said "this message is for (my name)" then there was silence.  I didn't bother waiting and just disconnected the call.

SAME HERE. BUT AT 11PM ON A WEEKNIGHT.  THE CALLER DID NOT I.D., EITHER.
NOT COOL.

Calls multiple times throughout the afternoon and night time.  We screen our phone calls so we never pick up, but they leave multiple messages offering long-distance calling to the philippines.

I do not want to answer for fear that they will call MORE because they know they can reach a live person.  HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP CALLING?!
