Keep getting a call from them, perhaps once a week, but it always goes to my voicemail. They seem to be calling on behalf of Empire (Blue Cross Blue Shield), in my case trying to reach a person that doesn't exist (or they have a wrong number).

never ever EVER take a call from someone you are not expecting to call!!!!
no matter who they say they are or representing!
