Who called from 2130000000

Just started to receive this call - same as the others - silence on the other side.  What's going on?

Hey Guys,

I just started recieving these calls.  First it was an unknown, then it was 213-000-0000, then unknown again.  About an hour later another number came up...(601) 429-9005.  Seems odd, no one on the other end.  Seems like a scam to me, but very annoying.

Called with the 213-000-0000 number.  I did not answer as the prefix was a giveaway of someone I did not know

I get calls from this number but the always hang up when I pick up.

I rcvd a call from a friend in Israel and it came out as this number. He was using skype.
