Who called from 2132135991

Ditto...When I questioned them, they just hung up...

Call from Los Angles, CA. I denied the incoming call. I knew it was that scam crap.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  I have no idea how they obtained my number.

Lower your interest rates etc. Another scammer.

This "service", when I called them back, had no identifying information on the answering machine.
