Who called from 2132211082

Just called my cell phone.  I picked up after two rings.  No one there.

Called Cell and left no message.  Called number back...some sort of survey.  Gives an option to opt out.  Did it.  will see if it works.

It seems I'm getting 5-6 calls of this type weekly.  I use a cell phone as my only phone, so maybe the Telemarketers exchange/sell numbers with each other (or maybe I'm just paranoid?)  When a new unknown caller ID comes in, I don't answer it.  Then I make a contact for each new telephone number with a listing like: "Scammer_TN auto insurance" or Scammer_Don't answer"  I can see they continually try for a few weeks, then go away.  If nothing else, I waste their time.  Just like they were willing to do to me.

I don't want to receive calls from this number.
