Who called from 2132212962

CID read "Delivery Notice" in all CAPS. Have an LA Times subscription already, called their subscription department, they don't believe this 213-221 # is a bona fide LA Times #. Calls to the number just say "Customer Service" with no company name. Or press 8, supply your phone number, and allegedly get off their "call list."

Calls three and four times a day.  Never leaves a message.  Most annoying and I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST....
