213-221-8402 continually calls our home - we are on the do not call list -

just got a call, hung up left no message.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM 213-221-8402. Super Annoying.. He was howling like a rooster on the other end. Guys, How do i get on the DO NOT CALL LIST?

this woman named Kimberly called asked for my father i said hes not here she said "mrs. v" I said whose calling she said Mrs V I said whose calling she said "[***] you cant hear me?' and hung up!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've gotten 4 calls from this number today.  I don't answer, but they keep calling.  Beyond annoying......
I call back and goes straight to voicemail.
