Same problem as most. Never done business with this company and tired of the harrssment.

So when you answer this # and they just hang up?  Ok, I give up, why are you calling then.  Just to piss everybody off or what?  Yeah, my caller ID says DELL........  I just don't answer these calls anymore!!!!!!

This is DELL COMPUTER.

They are trying to sell an extended warranty.

Personally, I told the caller weeks ago that I no longer own their computer.  However, the constant calls continue.

Got the first call from this number today 1/30/2009.  Caller ID says Dell USA but just as others say, no one says anything..just hear clicks.  I tried calling the number back but got fast busy for hours.  I have bought 3 dells within the past 3 years.
