ask for Sally Paredes, have not use this last name in over 9 years.

Have received tons of calls from this number on my cell phone and no one is ever on the other end.

Here's some major background on this whole situation I found out today...
Company calling: Luebke Baker & Associates (LBA)
Concerning: Consolidated Media Services (CMS)
CMS was sued by the FTC and the Dept. of Justice for unfair business practices and fraud. They subsequently folded, and LBA somehow acquired the "supposed" debts from them, hoping to make some money off of it.
There are numerous complaints that have been filed with the FTC, and they should be launching an investigation soon, as they just started this recently.
If you've been called and harrassed by them, and by them calling so often and either hanging up or no one being there when you answer, it DOES constitue harassment and you can fine them with the assistance of a lawyer.
To get them to quit calling, you can go to www.lba93.com and get their address. Send them a certified letter demanding that you do NOT owe any debt to them or CMS, and that they should quit calling.
If you can get them to send some sort of bill in the mail, you may be able to get a lawyer to send them a letter, and I've heard of ppl actually making a few thousand dollars off of them in an out-of-court settlement.

was called by this number as well, but they hung up after 2 rings.  they called several times and I am not going to answer.  any ideas who this is?
